My mission is to minimize the risk and rate of injury in runners through education and individualized programs focused on improving their strength, flexibility, balance, efficiency, and technique.

One of the greatest things about being the RunFitDoc is that I am on this journey with everyone I work with. I am training along side them. I am healing from injuries and doing everything I can to come back right. I have goals that I want to achieve. I have realized that running is far more than just running. I want to be a part of your journey, and I can't wait to share my story with you.


"If there is one thing that Danielle Adler has taught me, it is to believe in myself and my abilities, despite inevitable obstacles as a runner. I have been training for the Boston Marathon for about 4 months and despite my precautions, no one is immune to injuries. Prior to my first half marathon in October, I began experiencing Achilles pain... With proper manual therapy and rehabilitative exercises twice a week working with Danielle, in addition to exercises I could do on my own at home, I started running again within 8 weeks...
